Course: IS 212: Values and Communities
Justification:
The final assignment was based on a group presentation that was given earlier in the course. My group focused on the ONE National Gay & Lesbian Archives and in doing research on this I wanted to write on the topic of community archives merging with larger institutions.
I felt that this paper in comparison to the others within the core course load is relevant due to the discussion of academic institutions and how materials are treated within different spaces.
